Canterbury is a play based program in Wakefield, MA
The philosophy of Canterbury Children’s Center is to provide quality care in a nurturing environment that helps foster the growth and development of children.
Our goal is to create a developmentally appropriate program that meets a child’s needs individually as well as in a group. We believe that children learn through their play and that their experiences here at the center should be joyful and fun.
A Healthy Learning Environment
We offer a well-balanced approach meeting the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of the children in our care. At the same time, we take our responsibility to parents very seriously, providing them with a safe, happy, and responsive place for their child while they are at Canterbury.
We are open 51 weeks a year!
